No ability to sort by status #8

Usually, users will prefer to have shortlisted and interviewed companies appear first compared to say companies that have not replied to them at all. As such, it'll be great if there is such an option for this.

Albeit this issue is slightly alleviated thanks to the filter function.

There is already the filter feature, our team do not see the pressing need for this feature in this iteration. Maybe it will be a good addition in future iterations. Good suggestion though!
