--start-position to accept date #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
# gource -a 1 --stop-at-end --colour-images --start-position 0.994 -1280x720

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to do something like this:

# gource -a 1 --stop-at-end --colour-images --start-position 20130401 -1280x720

It's hard to guess what point in scale 0-1 will be a date. At whitehats.pl we 
do produce monthly gource visualizations, providing date in --start-position 
would help a lot.
