Maintain Code List for pre-award #49

ISO 6523 ICD list (ICD), Electronic Address Schemes (EAS) & Country Codes (ISO3166-1:Alpha2) should be integrated into the eTendering code list and maintained therein instead referencing to post award.

Links in profiles should be updated accordingly.
