As a user (carrier) or the user (sender) I should be notified if there is a credit card problem 1-check the credit card for the carrier 2-check the credit card for the sender 3-send notification @rehab-arafa @youssefbarakat @madeleine92 @mariam-elsanady @joewagieh

@ranalabib @BeshoSmile @rehab-arafa to be notified that this story can't be done unless T2.10 work and that's because of (T2.10 As a user (carrier) when confirming taking the package from the sender, insurance value of the package should be deducted from the user (carrier's) account and the user (carrier)'s comission should be deducted from the user (sender) account along with the website comission ) . Thats mean that i must deduct first from the user to know if there is a problem or not then i notify him , so i have made an extra work than i should , that i have worked on t2.10 first then i have worked in t2.11 to send the notification .
