Use mesh to deform terrain

[ ] Create mesh same resolution as terrain tile and position to max tile height: ProBuilder - GeneratePlane; make it a cube
[ ] Try cutting the cube with boundary planes
[ ] Lower mesh vertices close to boundary to terrain level
[ ] Lower mesh vertices that are out of boundary (check boundary mesh vertex / face normal direction) close to boundary to zero
[ ] Smooth vertices outside boundary: ProBuilder - Bevel
[ ] For modified mesh vertices find related terrain vertex and move same as mesh vertex
