fix for #268

adds check for known combat encounters that allow/require Dragonriding

Will be able to test after this week's reset

@DanSheps no I tested it during a raid last night and it didn't work. Obviously super hard to test (especially when I'm tanking, and T.Swift isn't in LFR yet) so it'll take some back and forth.

This didn't hurt anything at least, so it's not blocking other releases, but it didn't fix anything yet either.
