bibliographic abbreviations #265

there seem to be still a few of unresolved bibliographic abbreviations (or possibly simply mark up is lacking?) e.g. in @http://betamasaheft.eu/Dillmann/lemma/L0eb8ac47c3fe4e9db66fdff97a061550 Lud. e Vit. Theoph. F.M.

As you can see both in the editor and in the xml, these are simply not marked up.

I have marked them, however, Vit. Theoph. is not in the abbreviations list. I can add it, but I do not know what it should resolve to. there are some cases, which you can see in the abbreviations list (top menu in the app) where Lud. e Vit. .... is tagged as a unique reference, these need to be splitted probably?

Das Abkürzungsverzeichnis muß in jedem Fall noch eingehend bearbeitet werden, es gibt Abkürzungen, die sich weder in Dillmanns Liste noch im Abkürzungsverzeichnis der App finden, wie z.B. Vit. Baam. Hierzu haben wir in der Liste zwar Vit. S. Baam. sowie Baam., es kommt aber eben auch fünfmal Vit. Baam. vor. Daß F.M. nicht automatisch erkannt wurde, habe ich bereits vor längerem angesprochen, und es gibt auch noch weitere. Zu all diesem stellt sich die Frage nach der Verteilung der Aufgaben sowie der Prioritäten, also wer macht was wann?
