Import mss description from Manus online

If possible:

[x] Import in BM selected manuscript descriptions from Manus online database, without typing the information again;
[x] Maintain the link to the Manus's Authority files, when present in the imported mss description;
[ ] #1826

and use this to refine the BM RDF data. @Hizkie

Dear @ElianaDalSasso I have imported from Manus OnLine the files transforming what possible to our flavour of TEI. Please, note that this needs some additional work before it can become a PR.

I have placed the files in a folder called 'manus' in the branch 'manus'
if you switch to that branch you can first have a look at the manuscripts which are already in BM. for those I would suggest to bring relevant changes from the description in Italian into the file which already has the description in english. you can do this in several ways, your choice.
for the manuscripts which are not yet in BM I have created institutions records which are already available and linked. the only steps needed are cleaning up of things like <locus>n.d.</locus> or escaped italics, and bibliography. I would suggest then to organize also the new files in adequate folders into the manuscript repository until the manus folder can be simply removed as empty. then a PR can be made for these. Thanks

@thea-m do you know anything about this workflow? I don't think these descriptions ever made it to master as I see nothing under e.g. INS0966Queriniana. Should anyone take this over?
