Another new prayer for gaining respect from Gāllā, Šānqǝllā and other people of the world by the virtue of secret names kept in Solomon's ring in BLorient12859 #2636

I found a new prayer in BLorient12859, which is very similar to the one discussed in https://github.com/BetaMasaheft/Documentation/issues/2635 and to a number of other prayers for gaining respect in the same scroll written directly above. This piece is particular insofar, that it claims, that the names come from the ring of Solomon:

So far, there is LIT3991Prayer for "Protective prayers attributed to Solomon", but the attested witness in BLadd16214 is very different. I would not see it as a perfect solution to keep these two in the same record. I think, it makes a difference, whether the 'secret names' are claimed to be from Solomon or from his ring. For this reasons, I want to create a new record for the text in BLorient12859 and mark it up with the keyword Asmat, as far as this will be decided in https://github.com/BetaMasaheft/Documentation/issues/2627 and https://github.com/BetaMasaheft/Authority-Files/pull/33.
