Heroku Rightsizing #77

Citygram NYC servers are owned by billing-2014-heroku@codeforamerica.org

We do not need a staging environment anymore, I am running my own free instance of the codebase. https://citygram-dk.herokuapp.com/

heroku destroy --app citygram-nyc-staging

There is also an old database we don't need anymore

heroku addons:destroy HEROKU_POSTGRESQL_YELLOW_URL --app citygram-nyc
