Doing something visual/accessible with hideous DOT real-time speed data #40

This data is "open" but unuseable in current form. Lucian (sp?) is taking a stab at pulling out Geo points and speeds to make something humans can use to better advocate for speed enforcement in their neighborhoods.

Why was this closed? Should it not remain open until someone creates a repository for it?
