update ignore and merge/test dev-mac to master #41

tested this out. rebuilt the exe and tested prefs, about dialog, and connecting to my nodemcu. All looked good.

Good, I'll merge it in. The about dialog will be more useful once we find out how to keep some automatic versioning, but not a priority now.
