📝 Issue Request Description

Fragment dev into test and staging branches, with: (1) test replacing dev ONLY for deploying to heroku (detached branch) and, (2) staging containing ready for prod work (PR only from individual branched, that passed through test)

🟧 UPDATE

Connection to (branch) origin/test has been made on Heroku.

Keeping dev as staging for now, and not renaming it, as no need for now.
