Waypoint teleports work. #21

I tested it and it gave me the following error:

Error: You do not have the essentials.tp.others permission.

Then, right after it, i see:

Teleporting...

Then I am where my waypoint is!

I am not sure if it works for Zleck and I due to use being judges. This should be tested with a standard citizen.

Judges have that ability.
