I noticed a glitch when I setup a Coal Generator-Aluminum Wire-Circuit Fabricator setup. When power is lost due to lost of power source (Example: I pulled all the coal out of the Coal Generator.) The circuit didn't reboot once I refilled the generator. I had to actually cut the Aluminum Wire and then proceed to place the wire again. As to Link the Coal Generator to Circuit Fabricator just as it was first setup.
