Zip data files are below, for when we'd like to upgrade. We should also consider perhaps adding the supplemental nutrient retention table delineated in the text file -- it gives values for nutrients after the food has been cooked - but has really big gaps. Can't quite believe that this is the 'world standard' - but there you have it.
