Buying panel must be accessible from all tabs #7

When clicking on Trade Assets button, the panel for buying assets must be displayed. Currently, after click, the tab investments is displayed. @skrishnan99

This is an issue that has already been raised in another thread. I will followup on this issue on the other thread. Hence, I am close this issue here.
