New feature - Refresh #69

When i work with BQ editor and that I have to go on notepadd ++ to make copy / paste to go faster and that after I return to the editor to continue my work. It is necessary each time from the active register to close it and reopen it to reload the modifications that we made in notepad ++.

So, it would be nice to have a refresh/reload button in this menu to save time.

This could be useful. Tell me however, what are you editing in the notepad? Maybe we can improve that workflow too.

For example : https://i.imgur.com/N1dDkwJ.png When player is reaching an area in the main city for the first time, there is one event message that explains this area (~20). So i use copy/paste and when i return to the editor i would like a button to refresh the editor with the news modifications
