Add support for Effects, refs #19.

This is great @StevenLooman ! I added the possibility to use effects directly from magicblueshell.

Your contributions are very valuable, I'm adding you to the collaborators for this repo so you'll be able to push on it directly. We should start using staging branch for all our works in progress.
