Depending on config.h settings, wifimanager should expose:

[x] NTP
- [x] timezone
- [x] server
[x] network
- [x] IP
- [x] DNS - optional
- [x] gateway - optional
- [x] subnet - optional
[x] OTA
- [x] hostname
- [x] password
