Should add configuration over web (wifimanager?)

[x] STEP n.1 - TEST + EVALUATION
- [x] Add config.h paramenter for it (can be disabled/enabled at compilation time)
- [x] Move wifi setting to vars (defaulting to the one define in config.h) or FS (LittleFS)
- [x] Move from Blynk.begin to Blynk.config +wifimanager
- [x] Evaluation for mem. consumption
[x] STEP n.2 - ADD CONFS
- [x] Blynk auth token
- [x] Blynk server + port
