Optional status LED #7

Should add option to specify a pin connected to a led to give sort of "activity status".

We use communication timeout to identify a comm. error with the solar tracer (normally). We cannot have a "good quick" LED blynking as the timeout (also blynk + arduinoOTA) introduce noticeable delays!

For this reason the LED behaviour is the following:

Status could be monitor via BLYNK app, enabling vPIN_INTERNAL_STATUS
