Wrong placement position of a cobblestone stairs #306

Describe the bug Wrong placement position of a cobblestone stairs after death.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Point crosshair at top of the block, which is at leg level
  2. Place cobblestone stairs
  3. Cobblestone stairs facing down
  4. Die
  5. Point crosshair at top of the block, which is at leg level
  6. Place cobblestone stairs
  7. Cobblestone stairs facing only up

Expected behavior Cobblestone stairs facing down.

Tested on 7.1 pre 2A. Same result.

Still happens in BTA! 7.2
