Ice can be turned into water and dropped as an item when mined with a golden pickaxe. #311

Describe the bug It's straight forward. Just place down a block of ice and mine it with a golden pickaxe.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place ice block.
  2. Mine ice with golden pickaxe.
  3. Observe.

Expected behavior The water doesn't form or the ice doesn't drop.

Version info (please complete the following information): 1.7.6.2_02

Can confirm it still is an issue in the latest version (1.7.7.0_02)

Happens in 7.1 pre1a as well

Funny how this still happens even after I realized my version was older.

Edit: It looks like it still happens in 7.2
