Holding backspace/delete doesn't continuously delete characters in some text fields #335

Describe the bug Holding backspace/delete does nothing in some text fields instead of continuously erasing characters.

Affected fields:

"Rename World" dialog.
Both fields in the "Edit Server" dialog
Search field in options

Unaffected fields I tested:

"Create New World" screen
"Add Server" screen
"Direct Connect" screen
Creative inventory search
Guidebook search
Chat window
Signs
Labels

Expected behavior Characters should be repeatedly erased while backspace or delete is held.
