Trapdoors close on activation and deactivation, instead of opening on activation and closing on deactivation #339

Describe the bug In certain scenarios, trapdoors close when the redstone dust powering them activates and deactivates, instead of opening when dust activates and closing when it deactivates. To be clear, by "closed" I mean horizontal and by "open" I mean vertical, treating it like a lid.

To Reproduce

  1. Build this setup:

  1. Activate the button. The trapdoor will close.
  2. Before the button deactivates, open the trapdoor manually.
  3. When the button deactivates, the trapdoor will close again.

If the trapdoor is closed, activating the button will seem to do nothing.

Expected behavior I expect the trapdoor to open while the button is active, and close when it deactivates.
