Detector rails use the active powered rail texture when activated #349

Describe the bug

Please note the "Looking at" text stating "Detector rail".

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place a detector rail
  2. Place a minecart on the rail
  3. Nudge the minecart slightly so it stays on top of the rail but you can see the rail underneath
  4. See the powered rail texture instead of the detector rail texture

Expected behavior

Expected an activated detector rail texture.
