Hi,

it might be helpful for new contributors to provide a Dockerfile to be able to create a docker container containing a full asciidoctor toolchain.

Not a bad idea but will have quite some overlap with Travis CI.

We could maybe extract (all or some of) the script part of `.travis.yml to a Makefile and re-use/call that from CI and Dockerfile?
