ported the README.md to AsciiDoc, removed the reference to MacTeX (not needed with the AsciiDoc version), changed git instructions to point to Github instead of git.bettercrypto.org

Ahm, no the README.md should not be ported to asciidoc ;-) We need it for the github.com/bettercrypto page. May I close this PR?

AFAIK github as well as gitlab are able to render AsciiDoc instead of Markdown for README and other content. There are even a few nice things one can to on github with AsciiDoc. If if were up to me I'd give it a try, since it makes sense to me to use only one markup language. Decide at your will.

Documents should remain Markdown.
