This reference has been cited in the PKI section previous to the conversion. Somehow the citation got lost.

There is a better up-to-date project dealing with this, and it's widely used in industry, F/OSS and academia: https://github.com/FiloSottile/mkcert

For a fully automated PKI roll-out solution, we should reference https://github.com/cloudflare/cfssl

Folks, not sure if it makes sense to beat a dead horse. I think we need to RE-DO the whole project by now.
