[Windows] BetterDiscord not running #343

Describe the bug BetterDiscord does not load upon discord start.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install BetterDiscord (on Discord Canary)
  2. Restart the computer/install a discord update (maybe) Expected behavior BetterDiscord loading with my plugins and themes

and before you ask, yes I have the newest version of BetterDiscord

This repository is for the installer, not BD issues. Join the support server and get help there
