windows10下面不能正常使用 #44

在windows10下面不能正常使用，是正常的吗，还是说是我哪里没配置好吗，windows10专业版21H1，网易云版本是2.10.12

什么是无法正常使用 之前在21H1的时候，我能正常安装插件，但是无法使用，能看到插件的各个选项，但无论怎么调整都没办法出现任务栏歌词，现在更新到了22H2，插件都安装不上，我试着重装了BetterNCM和网易云，但是均不能安装上这个插件
