This PR fixes an inconsistency in the naming convention of functions in the background.js file. The function ReloadSEQTAPages was using Pascal case, while the rest of the functions in the file were using camel case. To improve code readability and maintainability, the function has been renamed to reloadSeqtaPages to follow the consistent camel case naming convention.
