This is not a screenshot of Betterbird. Betterbird doesn't have the menu bar underneath the toolbar. Although it says "Betterbird" in the title bar, this is Thunderbird running on a profile with a Betterbird language pack installed. See issue #181 for details.
That said, in Betterbird, you can force a different program icon as described here: http://www.betterbird.eu/expert-tips/index.html#custom-icons
If this were happening in BB, you somehow would have had to put the TB icon into the location described (or installed Betterbird on top and into TB's installation directory). In that case you'd have to remove C:\Program Files\Betterbird\chrome\icons\default\messengerWindow.ico so BB's own icon is used again.
Hi all! I have the titlebar activated both in TB and in BB. What I noticed is that the icon on BB Title bar is still the TB one as reported in the image below
