Ukrainian Language Pack #330

Ukrainian Language Pack from Thunderbird, i haven't tested is that I have Linux and that script doesn't work very well unless you do those commands manually. So I just hope it works.

Language pack here: https://www.betterbird.eu/downloads/LanguagePacks/uk-115.11.0-bb28.xpi

We backdated that to 115.11.0 since nothing has changed since then. Please install in BB 115 and let us know whether there are any issues.

I installed the Language pack and everything seems to be working fine.
