I wouldn't mind testing the Language Pack on version 128, so build it :)

There were some errors, fixed here https://github.com/Betterbird/thunderbird-patches/commit/15b918f568a5bf5a1a045d0c9853690a04085e68 and here https://github.com/Betterbird/thunderbird-patches/commit/472faa5029889bf8d79bc7bf82253f421d7a258a. You can refresh the language packs from the BB website for both 115 and 128.
