[x] docs
[x] MariaDB has SQL errors
[x] PostgreSQL has timeout errors
[x] front README
[x] MonetDB almost has timeout for SF=100
[x] MySQL loading correct? no
[ ] fix all queries to produce the same results in all 4 dbms
[ ] Docs: queries are derived
