Double error printed

When there is an error, it throws out 2 errors instead of just 1.

This occurs when there is no input, when inputting an large integer or invalid input. or when typing select 1 when there is no patient there.

Steps to recreate

• Start a new file
• Type select 1

Expected: Patient not found in list

Actual:

Or type "select 1000000000000"

Expected: Invalid inputs ....

Actual:
