Issue Rundown: Players are reporting that on the (see the server value on the sideboard) server, every 10 minutes, Everybody gets an extra heart. This is affecting PVP and general gameplay as those with a full HP Bar get no extra hearts.
What is supposed to happen instead: Nobody gets extra hearts.
