What uses FR gears?.. GT Should unify to GT Gears by default unless configured otherwise.. Whilst all mod recipes should already use oredictionary entries...

Nothing and forestry uses oredict name ingredients for gears, so removal is probably safe. I'd need to check forestry recipes anyway.
