feat(add roles from em): compiled requests and resources

I think lots of people wanna contribute roles so I'm going to paste some resources. Disclaimer: we do not have to implement every exact role and mechanic from em.

Choosing which role(s) to implement Below you will find 5 comments that lists roles from EM.

1. Popular Roles. These are roles that are highly requested so they are the most worth to work on.
2. Town Roles.
3. Third Party Roles.
4. Mafia Roles.
5. Graveyard Roles.
6. Forum Mafia Roles

• If a role is prefixed with "EM", it's because the name is used in BM for another equivalent of EM.
• If a role says ++, it's because BM only implements some of the EM mechanics for that role.
