feat(mason, cult): masoning cult should kill the cult #646

It should make the kill priority 0, so queue the death like mismason (DieIfMasonsConvertMafia)

This can be fixed with #198

The original "mason meeting" card should store the list of people to kill

And then a separate "mason meeting death" card for both mason deaths from mismason / cult deaths from mason
