Chip image not found #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start CSPoker server
2. Run TestSWTWithRMI

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The SWT client can't find the chip images on a Linux platform. Used to work.

Added additional validity checks after startup. Sorry about the error, its kind 
of
tricky with persistency (storing card & chip preferences between sessions) and
different OS.

Should work, please verify
