Script to back-up DB and email it every EOD. #64

Hi, just some context?

Email it everyday means i dump db records every EOD, zip them and send the zipped records to a mail. ---- OR---------- I Run a backup db, on another server, the script dumps todays records and checksums them with yesterday's records, updates the backup db with the diff and sends the email notification after the backup?

The later sounds interesting, but I was just envisioning is just a daily dump emailed may be as .zip, etc.
