Progress Bar #36

As users donate/sell items and drop them in their respective 'buckets', there will be a progress bar at the top that fills up more and more as they get rid of more stuff.

Currently I have a 'resources' box on the right hand side of the /results page. I think a vertical progress bar would be much better suited for that space.

Went with a horizontal bar at the top of the page. The vertical bar was too much of a hassle
