The brush assets is a major refactor. We will need to rewrite these chapters completely, so will split this up into modes and paint types.

This one is for the Grease Pencil sculpt mode.

Task

Remove the toolbar tools, explain the "new" brush tool for all
Explain the Asset Shelf default extension brush assets
Explain how to use brush assets
Update the Brush panel to be the Brush Asset panel with settings
Explain how to use the new brush browser
