Following TopAnat, we want to develop web tools which leverage the data that we have in Bgee. Please list here ideas of tools, preferably with links to examples on which to improve.

Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA), as used in Josephine Daub's papers for example:

Problem: computation of significativity not obvious; maybe just report top scores but not p-value.
