DiffShell and DiffBuffers in moose #171

This issue is migrated (original: BhallaLab/moose#157 ).

Original

DifShells seem to be missing DifBuffers. To simulate calcium dynamics properly, DifBuffers are required. Commits which added DifShell did not add that part. Calcium Pump objects are also missing.

Pull request https://github.com/BhallaLab/moose/pull/205 implements DiffShell and DiffBuffer. This PR has been merged into this repository.
