More tests and some rearrangements #363

Any tests which tests a alpha feature has been moved to tests/alpha directory. To run these tests, use configuration Devel with ctest e.g. ctest -C Devel. Moreover all scripts in issues are run when -C Devel is used with ctest.

@upibhalla @hrani Merging this without review. It does not touch any part of code you guys have been working on.
