rdes examples not working #440

  1. ex8.3_spine_vol_change.py : RuntimeError: getLookupValueFinfoItem::NotImplemented error
  2. ex8.1_synTrigCICR.py: when passing genesis file works but xml file we get in _buildNeuroMesh self.dendCompt.diffLength = self.diffusionLength AttributeError: 'rdesigneur' object has no attribute 'dendCompt'
